Role Overview
We’re looking for a Junior or Mid-Level Media Buyer who’s ready to grow fast in the world of performance marketing. This role is ideal for someone with some hands-on experience running ads on Google or Meta and a strong desire to learn, test, and scale campaigns in high-ROI verticals.

What You’ll Do

  • Launch and manage media buying campaigns across Google, Meta, and other channels (with training and support).
  • Monitor and optimize performance to achieve ROI and performance goals.
  • Set up and manage pixels, conversion tracking, and analytics tools (we’ll teach you the tools we use).
  • Collaborate with our creative team: write briefs, test creatives, and analyze what works.
  • Work with structured funnels and proven ad flows.
  • Learn how to handle budgets efficiently and scale campaigns profitably.
  • Stay on top of market trends, competitor strategies, and new platform features.
  • Grow into full ownership of campaigns as you gain experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Some experience running paid ads (Google or Meta preferred).
  • Understanding of basic performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Curiosity, responsibility, and a growth mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and ask the right questions.
  • Comfortable working in English (written and spoken).
  • Bonus: experience in high-risk verticals (finance, dating, iGaming, etc.).
