We are looking for a Integration/Automation Specialist to contribute to the backend team dedicated to the Integrations. This role is responsible for the integrations getting prioritized, scoping out the requirements for building each, and ensuring that go-to-market teams are enabled to sell and support each integration successfully. Other responsibilities will include the writing of the internal products specifications.

What will you be responsible for:

  • Collect requirements and write specifications for API, Postback or other types of Integration with external and internal systems
  • Oversee and manage the integration board
  • Handle communication with partners to ensure smooth integrations
  • Collaborate with developers and other teams to achieve the project goals
  • Create comprehensive technical documentation
  • Utilize tools like n8n to implement and maintain automated processes with AI agents
  • Continuously research and implement new automation tools to enhance efficiency

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience at the relevant position (Automation Specialist, Technical Business Analyst, API Product Manager, Systems Integration Analyst, Integration Engineer or others)
  • Experience in API integration and/or other proven technical background
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adjust priorities as necessary
  • Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence)
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in cross-team collaboration
  • Excellent analytical, technical documentation, and communication abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Ability to read and understand the code
  • Problem-solving skills and proactive approach to tasks
  • At least an Intermediate level of English (B1)
