What you’ll do:
You won’t just “manage” a product. You’ll own its monetization from start to finish.
- Take full responsibility for the business performance of a product (margin, revenue, ROI)
- Design monetization strategies and implement them across the funnel
- Choose traffic channels, define audiences, test and write landing page copy
- Monitor and analyze performance across all touchpoints — from click to conversion
- Spot weak links, bottlenecks, or bugs — before they cost us money
- Collaborate closely with tech, creative, and performance teams — while staying accountable for the business outcome
- Set OKRs and drive the team toward achieving them weekly
- Plan and execute A/B/C tests, analyze data, iterate fast
- Ensure GDPR/CAN-SPAM compliance of communication flows
- Manage communication content (emails, SMS, offer walls, upsells)
- Understand how each chain in the funnel affects the result — and never lose sight of the bottom line
We’re looking for someone who:
- Thinks like an entrepreneur: you take initiative, propose new ideas, and own outcomes
- Takes full responsibility for the result, not just the task
- Sees how everything connects: user journey, copy, traffic source, conversion mechanics
- Has 2+ years in digital marketing, product ownership, or marketing growth roles
- Knows funnel monetization: how to improve ROI, margin, and LTV
- Is not afraid of technical topics (landing structure, analytics, tag setup)
- Understands performance marketing basics (CPA, CPL, CTR, quality score)
- Is fluent in English and able to write/edit high-converting copy
Bonus if you:
- Have experience with affiliate/financial products
- Are familiar with Meta/Google Ads, automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.)
- Are curious about AI trends
This role is not for you if you:
- Only want to execute tasks given to you
- Don’t feel comfortable making decisions and taking responsibility
- Prefer to work only in narrow area of expertise
