We are a team of 60+ specialists driven by innovation, ownership, and results — and we’re just getting started.

We’re looking for a Email Marketing Team Lead to take full ownership of our high-volume email and CRM operations.

This is not a purely managerial role — we’re looking for someone who can own the entire email performance chain, from strategy to hands-on execution: build, send, troubleshoot, scale. You’ll lead a small team and drive high-volume campaigns (20M+ emails/month) in the financial vertical, with a clear focus on growth, inbox placement, and engagement.

In addition to campaign ownership, you’ll be directly responsible for designing and scaling the underlying infrastructure — ensuring reliable delivery, bypassing modern spam filters, and continuously improving our deliverability and open rate performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of email, SMS, and voicebot campaigns.
  • Responsible for getting campaigns to inbox
  • Responsible for performance growth across key metrics (deliverability ratio, open rate, CTR, conversion).
  • Implement systems and tactics to avoid spam filters and preserve sender reputation.
  • Design, build, and maintain infrastructure for high-volume sending — including ESP configuration, IP/domain pools, SMTP setup, routing logic, and load distribution.
  • Personally oversee and contribute to sending 20M+ emails/month, with strong focus on inbox placement and deliverability.
  • Resolve deliverability issues, optimize sender reputation, manage DNS settings (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), warm-up plans, and inbox monitoring.
  • Lead and mentor a small team of email/CRM specialists.
  • Design and implement segmented, automated customer journeys and conversion-driven drip campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B testing and continuously refine campaign performance.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance; act quickly to resolve issues and optimize results.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other relevant regulations.
  • Stay ahead of industry best practices and introduce new tools, tactics, and frameworks to the team.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in high-volume email/CRM marketing.
  • Background in high-risk verticals (e.g. finance, iGaming, dating, adult, etc.) with strong understanding of inboxing challenges.
  • Proven experience with millions of email sends per month and ability to scale further.
  • Experience building or optimizing infrastructure to bypass spam filters and ensure inbox delivery.
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure design for high-scale email sending: ESPs (SendGrid, AWS SES, etc.), IP warm-up, domain pools, DNS (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), feedback loops.
  • Deep knowledge of email deliverability: DNS (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), IP warm-up, bounce/error handling, inbox testing, blacklist monitoring.
  • Proficiency with tools like SendGrid, AWS SES, HubSpot, Sendinblue, or similar.
  • Strong skills in segmentation, automation, and performance-driven campaign design.
  • Ability to interpret marketing metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Confident in writing and reviewing compelling, persuasive email content.
  • Comfortable working independently, taking ownership, and leading a small team.
  • English at B2+ level for internal communication.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in affiliate marketing or lead generation flows.
  • Experience with voicebot or SMS campaigns.
  • Additional languages or experience running campaigns in multiple markets.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary + performance based bonuses
  • 25 days of vacation + 3 sick days
  • Flat and trust-based culture — no micromanagement, real autonomy
  • English/Czech language classes, if needed
  • Modern office in Prague (Karlín) or remote flexibility within EU
